Sushma has performed in various dance ballets with her Guru Dr Sanjay Shantaram playing major roles in Mahavishnu Dashavatharam, Krishna Leele, Vittala Darshana, Srinivasa Kalyana,Vijayanagara Vybhava, Growth & Development of Bharatanatyam, Beauty & The Beast, Narthanananda Nataraja etc. Various religious festivals like Gokulashtami, Thyagaraja Aradhana, Navarathri utsava etc. Dance competitions like Tamil Sangam, Hejje Gejje.

        Sushma has presented more than 300 performances till date and have learned about 100 compositions and continues to add more to her repertoire.

            Sushma has also performed with other famous dancers such as Smt Usha Venketeshwaran her famous production SHRUSHTI, Smt Veena Muthy Vijay, Kathak duo Hari & Chethana and Vyjayanthi kashi.
